After hearing the tragic news that ABC has pulled the plug on my most favorite show in the entire world, Ugly Betty, I have finally watched the series final. I must say that I am truly happy with the way it ended. As weird or corny as it may sound, I found this show incredibly inspirational, relate-able, witty, colorful, and heart-felt. The character of Betty Suarez played by the beautiful America Ferrera, to me is just down right inspirational. To have stayed true to herself after four seasons and being someone as big as she turned out amazes me. From panchos to Marc Jacobs? That's CHANGE people. This show has shown me that being confident and taking risks leads you personal happiness and helps allow you to achieve your dreams just like she did! I will also miss Amanda's gorgeous humor, Mark's fabulousness, Hilda's Latina tantrums, Justin's impersonations of how I act/acted when I was his age, Daniel's hot ass, and Wilhelmina's fierce and cut-throat attitude. I see a lot of myself in the show's characters and it is sad to see the show end. After the series finale, I have come to learn that anything is possible if work you hard, follow your dreams, stay true to yourself, be courageous & passionate, take risks, never forget where you came from, and to love. I NEED SEASON DVDS OF SEASON 3 and 4! I WILL FOREVER LOVE MI BETTY LA FEA.
