Lady Gaga's THE MONSTER BALL

Wow. I had the time of my life last night. Lady Gaga's The Monster Ball tour definitely DID NOT fall short of my expectations. I will say that I forgot my camera cord in SB, which really sucks, so I won't be able to upload any pictures until I go back in January. Semi Precious Weapons opened first. They were extremely energetic, entertaining, and flat out rock and roll crazy, but I loved it. Vince says the lead singer is a tranny, but he was one fierce tranny with leggings and 6 inch heels. "I CAN'T PAY RENT. BUT I'M FUCKING GORGEOUS."
Kid Cudi then continued the concert. I honestly didn't think he was going to be good, but he ended up being really great. Not only was he down to earth and subtle, but he was entertaining. I mean when you play your Day & Night single, your smash hit Memories with David Guetta, Soundtrack 2 my life, Simple As and Cudi Zone your sure to please the crowd. Although his set was completely simple, I'm glad to see he didn't use anything that distracted from his raw talent.

OMGGGGGG!!! LADYYYYY GAGA!!!! MY MONSTER QUEENN!!!! The opening of her show was visually stimulating from the get go. She opened with her fabulous song 'Dance In The Dark.' It was all just nerves and excitement just to see her. For the first good five minutes, it was hard to see her because of all the fog, but when we the fog settled everyone went crazy! She opened wearing an outfit that was basically lit in the dark so you could see her moving. Her overall costumes were outrageous and VERY LADY GAGA. She performed about ninety percent of her FAME album and THE FAME MONSTER album, which is insane. Her acoustic versions were delightfully heart striking and entertaining. I'm going to say Just Dance, Monster, Boys Boys Boys, and Bad Romance were the most vibrant, entertaining and well performed songs she performed, but I would be STUPID to say the whole concert was not like that.

Her dancers were completely hot I was practically having a visual orgasm and her set was amazing. Ugh, I'm still deaf from the show, but it was all worth it. Waiting in line in the cold at 4pm when the show started at 730pm was also worth it. Until then, suggestions for my next concert?
