While I live in a chaotic city, it's crucial for me to unwind with no one but myself sometimes. Now I just need to find out all the good loner places! I cannot believe how fast time flies by. Another year wiser I suppose after ringing in my quarter century this past week. I decided to do something a little more low key this time around for my birthday, which included brunch and a quick yet intimate time at a bar with some of my closest friends. A lot has happened during my 24th year, and I cannot wait to see what this year has in store for me.

I can't believe it's already been four months since I've lived here in New York City! Time sure does fly by and again, I apologize for the extremely slow updates here on my blog. Juggling a full time job with CHANEL and interning at BULLETT Magazine takes up a lot of my time, especially when I'm working 16 day work weeks! Anywho, mama's got a new job, and let's just say I've joined corporate America and I'm on my way to becoming a buyer!! Therefore, I'll have more time to commit to my blog and updating. Here's some random shots I took on my digi cam, which I plan on doing more of, so sit tight! They are are comin!

Update: NYC

I apologize to all my readers for my inconsistent absence. For those of you that have moved to a big metropolitan city, then you understand that it's quite difficult adapting once you've first hit the ground running. NYC is one touch city, and it ain't easy here. I promise to blog more and actually make use of my camera so that you guys can follow me around here. I'm currently juggling a full time job and an internship, so as you can imagine, I don't have much time for myself. In the mean time, follow me on instagram at idizon. Photo Diary: Tahoe 2012

Before I jetted off to NYC, I had the best time with my cousins in Lake Tahoe where we rented out a killer cabin that literally fit all 23 of us. Despite the high pollen season, the weather was perfect, the water was still super clean and clear, and the company was more than I could ever ask for. I'm a huge family oriented type person, so it was nice to be surrounded by my cousins who were practically my bff's growing up. I miss them already!!
