SHOES SHOES SHOES
Lately I've been looking at a lot of sneakers from Nike to New Balance. I've grown an addition, which is weird because I've never really been a sneaker head until recently. How dope are the black woven Nike's up top? SICK IN THE HEAD. I'm also looking into some good boots, but too bad Spring is making it's way around the corner..GIMMIE GIMMIE GIMMIE!

Disney x Barneys New York
How AWESOME is this collaboration between Barneys New York and Disney?! Answer: Beyond AMAZING. Mickey and the rest of the Disney crew are such staples in everyone's life growing up that I consider the Disney characters classics just as much as I find a CHANEL black jacket an essential. I think the little cartoon genius with guest appearances from Sarah Jessica Parker, Pat McGrath, Guido Palau, Alber Elbaz and more! I'll be honest, I didn't this coming, but I'm really excited and happy with the products coming out of this partnership. I love the vinyl Mickey figurines by Paul Smith and Diane Von Furstenberg. I want one!

Barney's Fall/Winter 2012 "Out of the Office" Lookbook
Barney's is personally one of my favorite places to shop. Their collection of merchandise has something for everyone, but also provides customers with a particular taste the chance to shop for exclusive and unique designers. It's pretty much difficult to leave that place empty handed and their new FW 12 mens lookbook doesn't help. I love each and every single look and how they were styled. Classic, fun, and smart. I need to invest in a double breasted jacket, a turtleneck sweater, and a leather jacket stat. If I had an endless amount of income, clearly you'd know where to find me.

Collaboration: First Look at Maison Martin Margiela x H&M
EHHHH, not too sure what I think of this collection yet. The tan mens coat looks divine, but as for the women's collection, I'm not at all too thrilled from what I've been seeing. I was never personally a Margiela fan, but I guess I'll have to wait for the full lookbook to determine whether or not Lanvin and the other past collaborations were better than this one. What do you guys think? Like what you see so far?

Collaboration: Anna Dello Russo for H&M
I'm sure everyone has seen this by now, but the video accompanying this collaboration needs to be blogged about. It's pure genius. We all need a fashion shower. But speaking of the collection, I don't really have anything positive to say other than the fact that it's classic ADR. Too much is too much, but that's the ADR style and for the women that thinks more is always more. Besides, nothing is sexy than excess right?!

Kenzo x Vans part deux
I seriously missed out on these the first time and totally regretted it. I walked into OC on Howard a few weeks ago and the guy told me that they had sold out on the 2nd day. -__-" So, when Kenzo announced that they were rereleasing the collaboration with Vans again mid August in new prints, I was ecstatic. Best believe I won't miss out on these guys! I really like the Yellow and Navy floral print. What do you guys think?

Beauty
Recently I've began to really invest in taking care of my skin and my face. For the past six months, I've been experimenting with different toners, moisturizers, masks, serums, and eye treatments. I just bought my very first Clarisonic and it is probably my best investment to date! It leaves my skin clear and smooth, while it allows all my creams to really penetrate through the epidermis. I HIGHLY recommend all products by Sisley and Revive, which I've found to be useful in evening skin tones, tightening pores, moisturizing, protecting from environmental damage, and purifying the skin. My Re-Nutrive moisturizer from Estee Lauder is another one I CANNOT live with out. What do you guys use?

AllSaints Spring/Summer 2012
How amazeballs is that leather camo moto?! I WANT/NEED that STAT! All Saint's SS 12 collection is all about the laid back, no fuss cool look. From deconstructed motos, to short sleeves prints, and knits, the collection practically makes me want to hop into my car to pay the LA store a visit. Drooling.

Kenzo at Barneys New York
I've recently jumped the Kenzo bandwagon, but I cannot wait too see their stuff in person, which I can do since their collections are now available at Barneys! I'm in love with Carol and Humberto's funky fresh take on the Paris fashion house. I thought this video Kenzo did for Barneys was GENIUS (plus it features some of my favs including Carlos Quirarte, Derek Blasberg, Jen Brill and Annabelle Dexter-Jones). Must purchase this sweater!

New Purchases: Chan Luu Scarf & Cambridge Satchel
I honestly don't know what it is, but lately I've been having an obsession with fluorescent oranges!! I think they're a great POC (pop of color) when I'm wearing neutrals, but it's a great addition when I want to color block! I picked up this beautiful Chan Luu scarf at work in a Carrot color that I instantly fell in love with. It's so light weight, it's great for summer days/nights (it's also more of a neon orange, sorry for the dark photo!). I've been contemplating on getting a fluorescent colored bag from the Cambridge Satchel Company for awhile now, and I just bit the bullet and bought it over at Bloomingdales. The color is a bit tough, because it photographs more like a orange orange, but it's quite neon in person, which is awesome!

Tommy Ton for Club Monaco
Who else is obsessed with Tommy's collaboration for Club Monaco?!!! I mean he did only design two bags, one messenger at $195 and one backpack at $225, but still! How simple, chic, and just down right functional are these bags?! I've been looking for a good practical, everyday, but work friendly bag and I just love the messenger as seen on one of my fav red heads, Taylor Tomasi-Hill. What do you guys think?
