Raquel Zimmermann, Caroline Trentini & Nicholas Hoult for Vogue Nippon 2010
I love Raquel Zimmermann and Caroline Trentini, not to mention Tom Ford's very own go to guy, Nicholas Hoult. I loved the way this shoot was styled, especially the way Nicholas was styled; he seems very easy going, comfortable, and chic at the same time. His shoes are amazing. I'm on a search for a really unique pair of black work shoes, maybe something with texture. I really need to invest in a good leather jacket like his also , not to mention stripes! I'm also on the hunt for a good skinny navy and white striped tee. Suggestions?

1 Down, 1 To Go
Had my comm final today and after finishing it I honestly didn't know how I did. My professor is probably one of the best professors I have ever had. I had her for a previous comm class and she's super tricky and concise when it comes to her tests. I guess you can say her exams are more meticulous and conceptualized based, because she wants to understand the material from back to front. That and the fact that Comm is a impacted major, so it's part of her job to "weed out" students who don't neccessarily understand or lack the passion for this major. But it's extremely nerve racking when you take her exams because you second guess yourself ALL THE TIME since she has similar answers like "both a and b" or "all of the above" and mostly likely she included an answer that could go two ways. Anyways, I ended up getting a B on the midterm (YAY!). I can't even tell you how anxious I was to find out how I did and I knew if I got below a B I would have cried. I don't do well when I don't get what I want....academically. Especially when I work hard for it and I hate it when I end up failing or falling below my expectations. I called my mom when I found out what grade I got and although I got a B I was literally about to cry. I don't know what it was, but I guess I was just a bit stressed, overly anxious, nervous, and a bit scared. I'm sure I keep blogging how this is my last prereq comm class before I get into the major, so it's pretty stressful. It's all or nothing at this point and I just need a B in the overall class to get into the major. I guess I just have to keep working hard. STRESSSSSSSS. One more midterm to go and this global warming midterm isn't going to be easy.
Christina Aguilera: Not Myself Tonight
Not too sure what to think of both her new single and her video for it. A lot of people are saying she's mimicking Lady Gaga, but I think for years Christina has been a sort of chameleon in her aesthetics. She completely evolves each time, but this time I'm not too sure I get it. Hopefully I'll be able to enjoy her next single in an instant.

Crunch Time.
Things are going by super fast! It's midterms this week and next week, so I've been a good boy studying and not partying or DRINKING. Thank jeebus I have this incredible discipline despite all the temptations! I seriously don't know where it's coming from, but I'm glad it's been engraved in my life/brain/habits. Hopefully I'll be able to pull of an amazing grade on my midterm. I've been studying for it since last week. CRUNCH CRUNCH CRUNCH TIME!!!

Hayley William of Paramore
I love her voice and how raw/raspy it is. Seeing her live only made me love her even more, because she sounds AMAZING live. And these covers of Bad Romance and Use Somebody show just that.

True Blood
Now that Ugly Betty aka my favorite show in the ENTIRE world is dunzo, I need to look for a new favorite and I come to me senses to finally watch the crazed about, True Blood and folks let me just say it is amazing. Especially Sookie's brother, Jason. MMMM. But other than the hot sex, the mystery, lust, gore, and suspense are all very compelling. I love Tara, she is oh so hilarious, I quote her ALL the time now. "The hell I do, you ugly ass bitch!" So yes, I have fallen upon my new obsession. BITE ME. =)

22nd Birthday.
Back to school after a long and eventful weekend. As much as I despise getting older, I'm starting to realize that I shouldn't take it for granted and to just celebrate my life. Over the weekend I was telling my friends that I hate celebrating my birthday and what not, and I guess not I just realize it truly is a time of celebration. Another year has gone by and I definitely don't get any younger as it does, so I need to embrace it and embrace life at it's full capacity or else I'll just let life go by without meaning anything. So I plan on making 22 a fantastic year till 23 comes and when it does I will be celebrating everything that happened when I was 22, but untill then, HELLO 22. =)

Ugly Betty Series Finale
After hearing the tragic news that ABC has pulled the plug on my most favorite show in the entire world, Ugly Betty, I have finally watched the series final. I must say that I am truly happy with the way it ended. As weird or corny as it may sound, I found this show incredibly inspirational, relate-able, witty, colorful, and heart-felt. The character of Betty Suarez played by the beautiful America Ferrera, to me is just down right inspirational. To have stayed true to herself after four seasons and being someone as big as she turned out amazes me. From panchos to Marc Jacobs? That's CHANGE people. This show has shown me that being confident and taking risks leads you personal happiness and helps allow you to achieve your dreams just like she did! I will also miss Amanda's gorgeous humor, Mark's fabulousness, Hilda's Latina tantrums, Justin's impersonations of how I act/acted when I was his age, Daniel's hot ass, and Wilhelmina's fierce and cut-throat attitude. I see a lot of myself in the show's characters and it is sad to see the show end. After the series finale, I have come to learn that anything is possible if work you hard, follow your dreams, stay true to yourself, be courageous & passionate, take risks, never forget where you came from, and to love. I NEED SEASON DVDS OF SEASON 3 and 4! I WILL FOREVER LOVE MI BETTY LA FEA.

Sex & The City Trailer #2 plus PICTURES!!
I seriously can't wait. Clothes, hotter boys (Noah Mills), glorious vacays, and Liza Minnelli? You can't do better than that?! Or can they? Isn't Carrie's wardrobe the best? If I could have any of their wardrobe it'd be between hers and Samantha's. I want a J'adore Dior 8 shirt!!
